When I had my first baby, Nicolas a few years back I had to learn so much about this magical thing called motherhood, a full time job, with absolutely no breaks but with the most rewarding gifts, for sure. I’ve been careful about what I eat, how I eat and when since I discovered I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy before he was born, so I knew I had to focus on giving my baby the best start in life by feeding him with nutrient-rich superfoods.
Mamas, they are key and you’ll learn all about them now.
First of all, I know life can be quite difficult when those delicious cupcakes, cookies, chips and all the not-so-very healthy foods are trending in your kiddos minds, trust me, I’ve been there, and I’m not saying you should remove them completely and forever, but to replace them serving up fun, colorful and healthy options for your little ones they will love, and if you really explain them they are having a “superfood” and how this will benefit them, (like what I did with Nico, telling him Broccoli will give him more muscles and a super night vision) I promise you they will be stoked!

I’m convinced what you eat is who you are, and in the case of our kids, if they eat pretty, they are growing the same way. Along with a good diet and a balanced life aka Superfoods overload, I believe in natural, plant-based remedies to help my little ones when they’re under the weather. What about you?
